Recruiting Maori and Pacific Island staff is a priority for Corrections and new pages on our intranet, Corrnet, will help staff from all over the country to share initiatives and ideas on how best to do this.
“All staff at Corrections get their jobs based on merit,” says Senior Human Resource Adviser Simon Jobson. “We want to get the balance right and the new Corrnet pages will help us make sure Maori and Pacific peoples are well represented.”
The pages will go live next month.
