The schematic diagram that represents the FReMO procedure is not intended to enforce or demonstrate a rigid process, but rather the stages that must be considered for most projects and initiatives. Generally most initiatives will follow this approximate order, with an ongoing ‘tooing and froing’ between stages and processes as the project develops and eventually consolidates.
