The Pacific Strategy 2008-2013 will support the Strategic Business Plan by highlighting areas of focus that will contribute to overall outcomes and strategic priorities that positively impact on Pacific offending.
The Pacific Strategy 2008-2013 builds on from the foundations of the previous two Pacific Strategies as well as from the views from managers, staff and Pacific stakeholders.
Alongside the Strategic Business Plan and the Pacific Strategy, we will focus on detailed annual business planning. This will ensure that the work we do, and the way we work, contributes to improving outcomes for Pacific offenders.
This Pacific Strategy is a plan for all staff in all groups and services. Together, we all have a role in improving public safety.
