Follow the steps below when opposing bail.

Clearly summarise CPPS grounds for opposition to bail. |

Indicate to the judge if you have written submissions outlining the grounds for opposition to bail. Give this to the judge (via the court registrar) upon request. |

If opposition to bail is successful, record the outcome and future remand date on the prosecution file cover sheet of the offender's breach file. |
|
4 |
If opposition to bail is unsuccessful, record the conditions of bail - particularly the address. |
