Follow the steps below to complete any final tasks following the district court bail hearing.

Return the reports to administration staff for filing or relocation.

Follow up on any enquiries/tasks from the bail hearing as required.

Where opposition to bail is denied, obtain a copy of the bail bond, if necessary, and place it on the breach file.

For service centres that use a court diary, enter details as required.

Record the outcome and any other relevant information in IOMS.

Inform the supervising probation officer and service manager of the outcome.
