IOMS information
The probation officer is responsible for recording all information about pre-release liaison in IOMS, including:
- the pre-parole liaison strategy
- all emails sent and received by the probation officer
- all progress reviews
- a record of all verbal communication or meetings between parties involved in liaison.
Pre-parole liaison notes are used to record any information about the offender's application to the NZPB before the Parole Assessment is written.
