IOMS information

The probation officer is responsible for recording all information about pre-release liaison in IOMS, including:

• the pre-parole liaison strategy
• all emails sent and received by the probation officer
• all progress reviews
• a record of all verbal communication or meetings between parties involved in liaison.

Pre-parole liaison notes are used to record any information about the offender's application to the NZPB before the Parole Assessment is written.
