This topic covers the criteria and process to follow for recommending person to person (PTP) special conditions.
PTP monitoring is an intensive and restrictive regime involving the offender being subject to residential restrictions conditions and accompanied by one or more supervisors. Legislative reference: Section 107K Parole Act 2002.
To be eligible for PTP monitoring, an offender must first meet the criteria for imposing EM.

The process for seeking approval and writing the special conditions report for PTP monitoring is set out below. This process should occur in conjunction with seeking approval for EM conditions set out in the previous topic.
