CD combined with any one or more of the following sentences:

• fine
• reparation, or
• CW

• all aspects of the CD sentence.

Note: If a senior community work supervisor is unavailable, then a probation officer will manage the sentence.

• ordering EM stock
• installing and setting up EM equipment
• investigating CD EM notifications
• de-installing and recovering EM equipment
• liaising with EM company in respect of equipment.

• reading and investigating CD EM notifications
• monitoring compliance
• responding to non-compliance and any court action
• liaising with EM company in respect of EM information.
