Introduction

This chapter outlines the additional tasks that must be undertaken when an offender subject to community detention (CD) reports in to CPPS for the first time.

When the offender reports to CPPS for the first time, the initial induction must be completed, along with the additional tasks outlined in this chapter to arrange the installation of the electronic monitoring (EM) equipment.
