Weekly Caseload Notifications

Introduction

This topic outlines information about CD EM weekly caseload notifications.

Format

The CD EM weekly caseload notification will be sent via email to CPPS staff by the monitoring company.

Timeframe

The report will arrive no later than 3pm on the following Wednesday for the week that ended at 8am on the preceding Monday.

This report will summarise information for the week ending 0800 the Monday before.

Recipients

This report will be sent to all CPPS staff with a caseload of CD offenders.

Content

The CD EM weekly caseload notification includes the:

•  staff member name
• service centre
• offender names,
• other information, including:
• • sentence start and end dates, and
  • the monitoring status at end of week (eg, compliance, equipment faults and issues).
