Introduction

Any failure to comply with the conditions of community detention (CD) is considered to be non-compliance.

This chapter outlines the criteria to determine non-compliance, and provides guidelines to assist the probation officer or senior community work supervisor to establish evidence of non-compliance in order to proceed with legal enforcement action.
