Obtain all relevant information regarding the breach from any staff. Note: This evidence is important should the offender plead not guilty. |

Prepare the following breach documents and create a breach file:
Enter the relevant details in the IOMS breach screens. If there is more than one breach of conditions, use a separate Information form for each breach. Note: A service manager is to check the breach before proceeding past this point. |

Following completion of the breach screens in IOMS, transmit the information to court to generate a court record number (CRN). |
|
5 |
Print a copy of an up-to-date previous convictions list. |
|
6 |
Update IOMS casenotes. |
|
7 |
File all information relevant to prosecuting the breach in the breach file for the hearing. |
