Introduction

This chapter outlines enforcement guidelines to assist the probation officer or senior community work supervisor with making decisions regarding the level of enforcement action to take in response to non-compliance with community detention (CD).

When the probation officer or senior community work supervisor is determining the course of action to take in response to non-compliance, consideration should be given in the first instance to the principles of non-compliance and enforcement.
