Overview

Introduction

This part provides information about planning how offenders are to comply with all standard and special conditions of their sentence(s)/order(s). It provides guidelines for managing special conditions, and developing the offender plan.

A single offender plan is developed for each offender. If the offender is subject to multiple sentences, the offender plan contains all the information necessary to plan and manage each sentence/order.

It is possible that some offenders may progress through a number of sentence types within their sentence duration. If an offender progresses from one sentence/order to another (e.g. from home detention (HD) to post detention conditions), the offender plan is updated to reflect this transition.
