The offender plan document is created in IOMS. It:
Note: There is a single offender plan for each offender. It includes information relating to each sentence/order that the offender is subject to. If the offender is subject to a rehabilitative sentence/order as well as other sentence(s) the probation officer supervising the rehabilitative sentence/order is responsible for completing the offender plan.
