III. Offender Planning

Introduction

This part provides information about planning how the offender will comply with all conditions of their sentence(s)/order(s). It provides guidelines for managing special conditions, and developing the offender plan.

A single offender plan will be developed for each offender. If the offender is subject to multiple sentences, the offender plan will contain all the information necessary to plan and manage each sentence/order.

If the offender progresses from one sentence/order to another (e.g. from home detention (HD) to post release conditions), the offender plan must be updated to reflect this transition.
