The following table describes the process for managing a recall application once:

Receives the application, and:

Serves the copy of the recall application and notice on the offender. Note: The timing of the hearing commences on the date the papers are served on the offender. |
| 3 |
Notifies the NZPB by email of the date and time the application and notice were served on the offender. Note: This is required as a ‘record of service’, which provides evidence that the offender has been served. |
| 4 | Updates IOMS and the recall application tab. |
