Introduction

Any failure to comply with either the standard or special conditions of the sentence/order is considered to be non-compliance.

This chapter outlines the criteria for determining non-compliance, and provides guidelines to assist the probation officer to establish evidence of non-compliance in order to proceed with legal enforcement action.
