Introduction

This chapter provides guidelines to assist the probation officer with making decisions regarding the level of enforcement action to take in response to non-compliance.

Important:

  • The principles of non-compliance and enforcement (chapter 1) must be considered when making any decision about enforcement action.
  • When the offender is subject to more than one sentence/order, enforcement action must take account of the other sentence(s)/order(s).
