4. Sanctions

Introduction

This chapter covers the guidelines and procedures for using sanctions in response to non-compliance. It provides information on the different types of sanctions available, and when it is appropriate to use them.

Note: For managing non-compliance for OWS offenders on parole, see this part, chapter 3, section 3E OWS Offender on Parole. For all other OWS offenders, enforcement action must be undertaken within one week of the non-compliance.
