Follow these steps to prepare the paperwork and update IOMS for a breach action.

1 |
Obtain all relevant information regarding the breach from any staff. Note: This is important evidence should the offender plead not guilty. |

Create a breach file and prepare the following breach documents:

4 |
Following completion of the "breach" tab in IOMS, transmit the information to court to generate a court record number (CRN). |

5 |
Print a copy of an up-to-date previous convictions list. |
|
6 |
Update IOMS casenotes. |
|
7 |
File the summary of facts and all information relevant to prosecuting the breach in the breach file ready for the hearing. |
