Inappropriate work

The type of work undertaken is to be appropriate and not bring the CPPS or the sentence into disrepute. The following examples would be considered inappropriate:

  • ‘bar work’ through sports clubs
  • work that breaches health and safety requirements, and/or
  • handling money.

Note:  Agency work must not take the place of someone who would otherwise be employed to do the work.
