Once an agency has been approved as a suitable organisation, the probation officer must meet with representatives of the agency.
Follow these steps to induct an agency.

Give the agency a CWA’s pack or pamphlet, including the information sheet on CWA funding. |

Explain the sentence to them. |

Thoroughly discuss what is required of the agency. |

Obtain their signature on the CW agreement in acknowledgment of the requirements, especially regarding health and safety, each time an offender is inducted. |
Once an offender is placed with an agency, a three-way meeting is convened to agree to the work placement related information relevant to the offender.
