Transport Rules for Agencies

Introduction

This topic deals with the rules for transport arrangements for offenders undertaking work at a CWA.

Transport arrangements

Offenders will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the agency.

No use of agency’s vehicle

An offender placed at an agency should, under no circumstances, for the purpose of travelling to or from a CWA placement:

• operate a vehicle owned by the agency, or
• allow the agency to donate fuel, or
• receive money for fuel.
