Sentence obligations

The following rules apply in relation to other sentences:

If an offender is also subject to a sentence of supervision, intensive supervision, CD, HD or conditions of release from imprisonment, then:

• community work hours must be arranged in a way that does not interfere with any conditions of those sentences, and
• attendance at programmes required under other sentences does not count towards CW hours, unless approved as BWLS hours.

Note: Ensure communication between the respective supervising probation officers is maintained.
