Overview

Introduction

To ensure offenders are on track to complete their minimum requirement of their sentence within the timeframes, the sentence will be monitored and an assessment undertaken each quarter.

This chapter provides information and guidelines for procedures to assist the senior community work supervisor/ probation officer complete a quarterly assessment

Note: Offenders sentenced before 1 October 2007 will have different timeframe requirements.
