Introduction

Any failure to comply with the requirements of the sentence is considered to be non-compliance.

This chapter outlines the criteria for determining non-compliance, and provides guidelines to assist the probation officer/senior community work supervisor establish evidence of non-compliance in the event that legal enforcement action is undertaken.

Note: In every instance that legal enforcement is undertaken, check the enforcement action against the relevant sections of the Sentencing Act 2002.
