Introduction

An important aspect of the operation of any BWLS programme is timely and accurate monitoring.

This chapter outlines the processes and procedures for monitoring attendance, recording hours, and dealing with non attendance or cooperation issues.

To gain credit for any of the hours spent undertaking BWLS training the offender must satisfactorily complete all the specified hours, unless there is a reasonable excuse.
