Reporting Notifiable Incidents

Initial Incident Reports (IIRs) form part of Community Probation Services (CPS) national incident notification system.  This system assists in meeting CPS obligation to inform the Minister of Corrections, senior management, and other key people in the Department of significant incidents involvoing offenders, CPS staff and emergencies.
