Procedure Standard
- Prisoners are issued with sufficient clothing that is appropriate to the climatic conditions, working conditions and maintains health and safety requirements.
Procedure
- Care of all clothing issued is the prisoner’s responsibility and he or she will be held accountable for its use.
- A supply of issue clothing is to be maintained at a level that exceeds the amount required to supply the Prison’s maximum prison population.
- The following items are considered to be a standard issue to all prisoners and under normal circumstances will have these items in their possession:
- 1 x Tracksuit;
- 1 x Shorts;
- 1 x T-shirt;
- 1 x Footwear.
