Approval from Prison Manager (unless spontaneous response is necessary).

Reported to Prison Manager.

Use of authorised restraints (for reasons other than escorts).

(Form B.13.01.F3 used in conjunction with B.13.01.F1).

Approval from Prison Manager.

Note: (f) to (i) (see B.13.02 Authorised Restraints), may only be used on medical advice).

Reported to Visiting Justice.

Use of mechanical restraint beyond 24 hours.

(Form B.13.01.F4 used in conjunction with B.13.01.F1).

Order in writing signed by Visiting Justice.

Reported to Prison Manager.
