Disposal of Video Recording

1. All video recordings will be stored in a safe and secure location for a period of time not less than seven years.
2. Video recordings will not be disposed of until any legal proceedings, or disciplinary hearing and any subsequent appeals have been decided.
3. The disposal of video recordings at the prison must be witnessed, recorded, and signed by a designated staff member, and one other staff member.
