C.01.01.R2 Manual Register (National Requirements)

Requirement

1. A manual register shall be maintained in addition to IOMS database and shall contain the following minimum information:
   • PRN / DlicNo
   • Prisoner name
   • Date received in
   • Sentence commencement date
   • Remand committal date
   • Final date out
2. This register is kept to enable access to essential information when the computer is not available and can take the form of the current Receptions Register or an A4 size book or similar record.
