The Department supports collective bargaining. We have a positive and proactive relationship with our unions and we work closely to ensure we have a balanced approach to any changes in the Department.
We keep up to date in the employment markets and make sure that what we pay is in line with other organisations and government departments. We believe our employees should be paid a fair wage for their contribution towards achieving the Department's goals.
