Full time administration officers receive four weeks annual leave after 12 months service, increasing to five weeks after completing six years current continuous service (pro-rata for part time staff).

Area administration officers are part of the finance and infrastructure team and are based at the relevant area office.

For this role, you will need to have strong administrative skills, be proficient with a range of computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and calender), databases and financial software. Area administration officers provide a responsive administrative support service to probation, psychological services and programme delivery. The role is varied and interesting and will include producing financial and operational reports, maintaining records, organising events and co-ordinating recruitment interviews, appointments and other HR related activities. In most are offices you will work closely with the area manager and other senior staff, providing them with a high level of administrative support.
